Requesting a transfer
The registered delegate should contact the FamilyCon team with the registration reference and the proposed replacement delegate’s necessary registration details. Do not exchange payment proofs or sensitive documents through public channels.
Approval and package rules
A transfer is not effective until confirmed in writing. Package eligibility, student status, workshop capacity, one-day selection and fee differences may need to be reviewed.
Information requiring confirmation
Management decision required: approve the transfer deadline, any administrative fee, the number of transfers permitted and restrictions for sponsor, student and international packages.
