Before requesting a refund
Contact the FamilyCon team with the registration reference, delegate name, selected package and reason for the request. Do not send banking passwords, PINs or full card details.
How requests are reviewed
Until official terms are approved, each request requires written review and confirmation by the organising team. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or a specific processing date.
Event changes
If a session changes, is rescheduled or is cancelled, the current published programme should retain the change history. Any resulting registration remedy must be confirmed in writing.
Before making a payment
Ask for the applicable written terms: confirm the refund deadline, any deductions, the return method, expected processing time and how the terms apply to workshops, one-day passes, international fees or event changes.
