Before requesting a refund
Contact the FamilyCon team with the registration reference, delegate name, selected package and reason for the request. Do not send banking passwords, PINs or full card details.
How requests are reviewed
Until official terms are approved, each request requires written review and confirmation by the organising team. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or a specific processing date.
Event changes
If a session changes, is rescheduled or is cancelled, the current published programme should retain the change history. Any resulting registration remedy must be confirmed in writing.
Official confirmation still required
Management decision required: publish the refund deadline, deductions, payment-return method, processing period and treatment of workshops, one-day passes, international fees and event cancellation.
