Scope
This policy applies to delegates, speakers, faculty, organisers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, suppliers and visitors participating in FamilyCon-related activity.
Examples
Harassment may include discriminatory or degrading comments, intimidation, stalking, unwanted contact or attention, sexual harassment, persistent disruption, threatening behaviour or publishing someone’s private information without permission.
Reporting
If immediate safety is at risk, contact venue security or the appropriate emergency service. For an event report, contact an identified event lead or call +92 321 4277856. Anonymous reporting has not yet been configured.
Review and action
Reports should be acknowledged, documented, assessed for conflicts of interest and handled as promptly and fairly as the circumstances allow. The response must not promise outcomes before review.
