Registration status
Registrations begin in a pending state. The team may request clarification or evidence before marking a registration verified. A registration reference acknowledges receipt but does not by itself confirm admission.
Fees and package availability
Published fees must match the official FamilyCon 2026 event configuration. Package availability, workshop capacity and remaining seats require confirmation. A one-day pass must be associated with an approved conference date.
Delegate information
Delegates must submit accurate information and keep their registration reference. Student eligibility may be checked before verification. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
Programme changes
Programme information may be marked Draft, Confirmed, Updated or Cancelled. Speakers, rooms and session times should be checked against the latest official programme before travel.
Conduct
Participation is subject to the Code of Conduct and Anti-harassment Policy. Serious or repeated breaches may result in action proportionate to the circumstances.
Refunds and transfers
Review the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy and Registration Transfer Policy. No deadline or entitlement should be assumed unless it is confirmed in writing.
