Approved photography or recording may cover public conference areas, sessions, exhibition activity or organised group photographs. Restricted, private or sensitive areas should not be recorded without specific permission.
Respecting delegate preferences
Delegates who have a safety, privacy, cultural or accessibility concern should contact staff. An approved operational plan should provide a practical way to identify and respond to opt-out requests where feasible.
Speaker and presentation material
Recording a presentation, poster or speaker does not transfer copyright or permission for unrestricted reuse. Separate speaker, author and venue permissions may be required.
