Gold Medals and Lifetime Achievement Awards recognise outstanding academic performance, professional excellence, dedicated service and meaningful contributions to family medicine, medical education and institutional development.
Gold Medals for Outstanding Achievements
We are pleased to announce that Gold Medals will be awarded to eligible members and their family members who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance and exceptional achievements.
These medals recognise excellence, dedication, hard work and commitment to academic, professional and institutional activities.
The recipients will be honoured during the Awards & Recognition Ceremony at FAMILYCON 2026. Their remarkable accomplishments will be celebrated as an inspiration for others to continue striving for excellence.
Eligibility Period 2025–2026
Applications or nominations are invited in the following categories:
Members who have completed 25 years of professional practice.
Spouses or children of members who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance or distinguished achievements in other fields during 2025–2026.
Members who have completed a postgraduate qualification during 2025–2026.
Members who have maintained maximum attendance and demonstrated commendable performance in Continuing Medical Education activities during 2025–2026.
Members who have rendered notable services in disaster management activities conducted under PAFP (Regd.).
Awards & Recognition Ceremony
The award recipients will be formally honoured during the Awards & Recognition Ceremony on Saturday, 12 December 2026, at Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore.
The ceremony will celebrate their remarkable accomplishments and encourage members of the wider medical community to continue pursuing excellence in professional practice, education, service and institutional participation.
